Vision Retreat 2026 is two powerful days of conversation, inspiration, clearing and exploration designed for people who already know there is more to life than what they can see on the surface.

This isn't about predicting the future.

It's about expanding your capacity to see differently, think differently, live differently and consciously create what comes next.

Over two days, Barry Auchettl, Nancy Matthews and a wonderful group of guest speakers will explore vision, consciousness, purpose, possibility and abundance, while helping you look at the role you may be here to play in a rapidly changing world.

Each of our guest speakers will bring their own unique experience, perspective and wisdom to the retreat.

DAY ONE — NOVEMBER 2

Heather Haswell
Heather opens our retreat and shares her perspective on the journey ahead. She will also share the story of Life Vision Mentoring and what this work has meant to the people who have experienced it. 

Robert Grimes
Robert brings his own 15-minute perspective to our central question: What do we need to understand, release or embrace to be ready for what comes next?

Sabine Roden
Sabine adds another unique voice to the conversation, sharing her insights and experience around our emerging future. 

Dr. Barry Auchettl — A New Vision for the future
What if eyesight is about more than how clearly you can read an eye chart? Barry will explore Vision Engagement, EyePower and the relationship between how we use our eyes and how we experience our world. The session will also introduce real-world experiences from the Vision Engagement work. 

Kelie Cichoski
Kelie completes the first group of guest speakers with her perspective on consciousness, possibility and what may be calling us forward. 

After the break, we go deeper.

Barry will explore the bigger shifts taking place in consciousness and introduce the next evolution of Global Vision Mentoring.

Valarie brings her unique perspective to what it means to evolve, expand and prepare ourselves for what comes next. 

Kate Brown
Kate continues our exploration with her own insights into consciousness, change and possibility. 

Dr. Barry Auchettl — How I See the Future
Barry shares his personal vision of where we may be heading and explores Spiritual Vision and Vision in Practice, moving beyond simply having a vision to actually living it. 

Jewana White
Jewana completes our guest-speaker conversations, bringing another perspective to the question at the heart of the retreat: How do we consciously meet what comes next?

We finish Vision Retreat 2026 by bringing consciousness down into real life.

Because raising your consciousness is only part of the journey.

Barry and Nancy will lead a special Aligned Abundance experience, bringing together Barry's work around vision, clearing and energetic alignment with Nancy's work around purpose, strategy, visibility and creating results.

Together, we'll look ahead toward 2027 and begin opening ourselves to what we want to create, experience, receive and contribute in the year ahead.

The retreat agenda dedicates the final extended session to Barry and Nancy's Aligned Abundance work, followed by feedback and a closing ritual.
